超声对诊断胎儿心脏畸形的应用价值

目的：探讨彩超筛查在产前诊断胎儿心脏畸形中的价值。方法：选择做过彩色多普勒超声筛查（胎龄20～28周）共3012例。其中住院分娩或引产解剖确诊胎儿心脏畸形24例，现对确诊胎儿心脏畸形的24例胎儿心脏声图象进行统计、分析、总结。结果：本组资料统计胎儿心脏畸形发生率为7．97‰。24例胎儿心脏畸形中被彩超筛查检出且准确者20例，诊断符合率83．4％；彩超检查出但不符合2例，误诊率8．3％；未被彩超筛查出2例，漏诊率8．3％。结论：超声对诊断胎儿心脏畸形的检出率较高，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Application value of ultrasound to fetal cardiac malformation diagnosis

Objective：To evaluate the value of color doppler ultrasound screening in the prenatal fetal cardiac malformation diagnosis . Methods：3012 cases were enrolled from January 2008 to January 2013 ,whose gestational age were 20 to 28 weeks.All the cases had been carried out doppler ultrasound screening , retrospective analysis and statistics of doppler ultrasound image had been done to fetal car -diac malformation which had been confirmed by hospital delivery or dissect after abortion .Results：There were 3012 cases were detected by color doppler ultrasound screening in 24 fetal cardiac malformation, furthermore, 2 cases were detected by ultrasound check out but do not meet with the clinical outcomes and 2 cases were not detected by ultrasound screening .To prenatal fetal cardiac malformation diagnosis by doppler ultrasound screening ,the diagnosis rate were 83.4%and misdiagnosis rate were 8.3%and the missed diagnosis rate were 8.3%in this group .Conclusion：The color doppler ultrasound screening may play an important role in the prenatal fetal cardiac malformation di -agnosis, which have a higher clinical value .
