| 摘 要： | 目的：研究肝硬化患者肝纤维化标志物与Child-Pugh分级的关系。方法：检测70例肝硬化患者血清透明质酸（HA）、Ⅲ型前胶原（HPCⅢ）、Ⅳ型胶原（Ⅳ-C）及层粘连蛋白（LN）。结果：肝硬化患者肝纤维化指标血清HA、PCⅢ、IV-C、LN测定结果均显著高于对照组（P＜0．01），并且随着肝硬化Child-Pugh分级的增加而增高，同一标志物各分级之间的结果存在显著性差别（P＜0．05）。结论：肝纤维化指标随肝硬化Child-Pugh分级的递增而递增，肝纤维化标志物对判断肝硬化患者病情及预后具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To Study the relationship between hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis Child -Pugh classification .Methods：We detec-ted 70 cases of serum hyaluronic acid （ HA） , procollagen type Ⅲ（ HPCⅢ） , collagen type IV （Ⅳ-C） and laminin （ LN） in patients with liver cirrhosis .Results：We found liver fibrosis indexes in patients with cirrhosis serum HA , PC Ⅲ, IV-C, LN were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.01）.With the increasing of Child -Pugh grading of liver cirrhosis , Liver fibrosis markers will in-crease, There was a significant difference between the same markers of the classification results （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Liver fibrosis in-dexes increased significantly correlated with Child -Pugh grading of liver cirrhosis , Markers of liver fibrosis has important clinical signifi-cance for judging the severity and prognosis in patients with liver cirrhosis . |
