摘    要:目的探讨刺蒺藜对培养的人黑素瘤细胞增殖及黑素合成的影响。方法采用MTT法测定刺蒺藜对人A375黑素瘤细胞活力的影响,NaOH裂解法测定黑素合成,并与8-MOP的结果进行比较。结果0.1、0.2和0.5mg/ml刺蒺藜对于人A375黑素瘤细胞酪氨酸酶活性及黑素生成均有较强的剂量依赖性激活作用,0.2mg/ml及0.5mg/ml刺蒺藜与对照组相比有显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论刺蒺藜对于培养的人黑素瘤细胞酪氨酸酶活性及黑素生成有较强的剂量依赖性激活作用。
