阿罗洛尔短期治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效观察

目的观察阿罗洛尔对慢性肾功能不全(CRF)患者的血压、心率、24h尿蛋白总量、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂、血红蛋白(Hb)的影响。方法对62例慢性肾功能不全患者在常规对症治疗的基础上给阿罗洛尔口服,剂量从5mg/d开始,逐渐增至10～20mg/d,疗程12周,增减剂量依据血压降至140/90mmHg以下为目标。结果62例中2例因不良反应停用而退出观察,其余60例均观察满12周。服药后血压显著下降和下降者分别为35例(58.33%)和14例(23.33%),总有效率为81.67%。BUN,TC,PRO/24h由服药前的(12.98±6.45)mmol/L,(5.84±1.5)mmol/L,(1.98±1.24)g/24h,分别下降为(11.59±5.78)mmol/L,(5.21±1.52)mmol/L,(1.34±0.98)g/24h,该三项指标服药前后相比,差异显著(P<0.05或<0.01)。其他指标都无明显变化。结论阿罗洛尔可以延缓慢性肾功能不全的进展。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Arotinolol on Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To observe the effect of arotinolol on blood pressure (BP), heart rate, 24-hour total urinary protein, renal function, blood sugar, blood lipids and hemoglobin in chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods Arotinolol was administered to 62 patients with CRF orally from an initial dosage at 5mg per day besides routine heteropathy. The course was 12 weeks in which the dosage rose up to 10~20mg per day according to the decrease of BP (down to 140/90 mmHg). Results All the patients were observed during the whole 12 weeks excepting the two ones who quitted therapy because of side effects. There were 35 patients whose BP descended obviously, and 14 ones whose BP decreased to some extent. The total efficiency was 81.67%. Also, there were significant decreases in other parameters such as blood urea nitrogen, cholesterol and 24-hour total urinary protein.Conclusion It is showed that arotinolol can delay the progress of CRF.
