低场强磁共振胰胆管水成像在胆道梗阻性疾病诊断中的应用

目的：评价低场强磁共振胰胆管水成像技术（MRCP）在胆道梗阻性疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法：对36例患者及10例正常志愿者行MRCP检查，并与B超、CT进行比较，其中胆管结石13例，胆管癌12例，胰头癌5例，十二指肠乳头壶腹癌1例，胆系感染性狭窄5例。结果：MRCP能清晰显示胆管的梗阻部位，定位诊断准确率达100％，梗阻定性诊断率88.9％，优于B超和CT检查。结论：MRCP对胆道梗阻性病变的定位、定性诊断准确率明显提高，是此类病变可首选的检查方法。

Application of low field MR cholangiopancreatography on biliary obstructive lesions

Objective:To evaluate the applying value of low field MR cholangiopancreatography(MRCP) on the biliary obstructive lesions.Methods:Thirty-six patients and 10 volunteers were examined with MRCP and compared with examining methods,including ultrasonography,CT .Among 36 cases there were 13 cases with biliary calculi,12 cases with cancer of biliary duct,5 cases with carcinoma of head of pancreas,1 case with cancer of duodenal and 5 cases with infection of biliary tract.Results:MRCP could show the obstructive location of biliary duct distinctly.Accuracy of the obstructive location was 100% and diagnostic rate of the reasons of the biliary obstruction was 88.9%.It was superior to ultrasonography and CT examinations.Conclusion:MRCP can increase the accuracy of location and diagnosis of obstructive lesions of biliary duct and may be first choice for examination of the lesions.
