| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前列腺增生症(BPH)合并腹股沟疝的一次性手术方法。方法：行经尿道前列腺气化电切术(TUVRP)同时行腹股沟疝修补术治疗BPH合并腹股沟疝病人25例。结果：术后随访3个月～14个月。所有病人均无切口感染、疝复发和尿失禁发生。术后最大尿流率(Qmax)均大于15ml／s，国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)为0～7分。结论：同期施行TUVRP与腹股沟疝修补术是可行的，使患免受二次手术痛苦。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the surgical menagement of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with inguinal hernia Methods:Twenty five cases of BPH with inguinal hernia were treated with transurethral vapor resection of the prostate (TUVRP) combined with hernioplasty in one stage Results:All patients were followed up from three months to fourteen months.Incisional infection,recurrence of hernia and incontinence were not found.Qmax was more than 15ml/s after operations,and IPSS was about 0~7 scores for all patients Conclusion:TUVRP combined with repair of inguinal hernia in one stage is feasible;second operation can be avoided |
