| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥沙利铂加联合醛氢叶酸和氟脲嘧啶持续静脉滴注治疗晚期大肠癌不良反应及护理对策。方法对35例晚期大肠癌化疗后的不良反应进行程度评定。结果35例均可评价疗效，总有效率为42．9％。初治21例，有效率47．6％。复治14例，有效率35．7％。主要不良反应为神经毒性、恶心／呕吐、腹泻、黏膜炎、脱发等。结论周到细致的护理是化疗顺利的重要保证。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the side-effect of 5-Fiuououracil and leucovorin and oxalipatin by continous infusion in treating colorectal carcinoma and the nursing. Methods The side-effects of 35 patients of advanced colorectal carcinoma after chemotherapy were evaluated. Results 35 patients were enolled in this study. The total effective rate was 42. 9 %. The number of patients with first treatment was 21 and the effective rate was 47.6 %. The number of patients with recurrent was 14 and the effective rate was 35.7%. The major side- effects included nerve toxicity, nausea/vomiting, neutropenia, mucositis and losing hair et al. Conclusions Careful nursing is an important support for successful chemotherapy. |
