螺旋CT三维成像在复杂骨折诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨螺旋CT三维成像在骨折诊断和辅助治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 本文收集了经手术证实的39例复杂骨折,用标准重建方式将薄扫原始数据重建骨三维图像。结果 三维成像通过旋转和切割可以从各个方位立体地观察骨折全貌,如骨折方位、范围、错位情况及碎骨片情况,弥补了X线平片、二维CT扫描存在的不足。方便了临床医师对病变的立体理解,为制定手术方案提供了重要的参考。结论 螺旋CT三维重建在复杂骨折诊断和治疗中具有重要的应用价值,是二维CT的有效补充。

Abstract:Purpose To evaluate the clinical application of 3D imaging in complex fractures by spiral CT. Methods 39 cases of fracture proved by surgery were studied with spiral CT.The acquired raw datas were retrospectively reconstructed to reforming 3D images by standard mode. Results The details of fracture can be observed from any side by the rotation and cutting of 3D. Three dimension images were the best supplement of plain film and 2D CT. It helped plan the surgeon to understand the 3D shape of the fractures and operation procedure. Conclusions 3D reconstruction by spiral CT plays a important role in diagnosis and therapy of complex bone fractures.
