摘    要:
阿片类药物依赖及戒断症状的细胞分子机制十分复杂,涉及到多个系统多个部位的改变。近来的研究表明,其机制主要是阿片类药物进入机体后,通过阿片受体介导所产生的受体后效应,如第二信使、信号转导、基因表达等。本文从内源性阿片肽、神经递质,第二信使三个方面概述阿片类药物依赖及戒断的细胞分子机制,并从生物-心理-社会的戒毒模式来阐述阿片类药物依赖及戒断的治疗。该模式以社会整合为核心,包括了脱毒、康复、后续照管等三个阶段戒毒仍然是当今的社会难题。

Abstract:
The cellular and molecular mechanisms of opioid drug dependence and withdrawal are very complicated,which involve in many organs and many parts. Recent researches have shown that the main mechanisms are after-receptor effects mediated by opioid receptors resulting from opiate drugs in the body including second messengers, signal transduction and gram expression and so on. This article not only reviews the cellular and molecular mechanisms of Opioid Drug Dependence and Withdrawal from endogenous opioids, neurotransmitters and second messengers, hut also debates its therapy from bio-psycho-social model, which includes three phases of detoxification, rehabilitation and follow up nursing around the core of social integration. To abandon drug habits is still a difficult problem in our modern society.
