红毛五加多糖对体外人胃癌细胞的抑制作用

目的 研究红毛五加多糖对人胃癌细胞、人胚腱细胞及正常人外周血淋巴细胞的选择性抑制作用特点。方法 采用细胞形态学方法和ＭＴＴ法。结果 该多糖选择性地抑制了胃癌细胞的活性和功能状态,而对人胚腱细胞影响甚微,对正常人外周血淋巴细胞无影响。结论 多糖选择性地抑制了人胃癌细胞,用于肿瘤的防治可能较为安全。

The inhibitory effects of polysaccharide from Acanthopanax giraldii Harms var. hispidus Hoo on human gastric cancer cell line in vitro

Objective To study the selective inhibition of a polysaccharide from Acanthopanax giraldii Harms var. hispidus Hoo(AGP) on human gastric cancer cells, human embryonic tendocytes and human lymphocytes of the peripheral blood of healthy subjects. Methods The morphology of the cells was observed with optical microscopy and MTT was used to examine their activity and functions. Results AGP exerted selective inhibition on the activity and function of human gastric cancer cells, slight inhibition on human embryonic tendocytes and no inhibition on human healthy lymphocytes. Conclusion AGP may be used safely to prevent or treat gastric cancer due its selective inhibition on the activity and functions of human gastric cancer cells.
