中西医结合护理在脑膜瘤切除术术后患者中的应用效果

目的:观察中西医结合护理在脑膜瘤切除术术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取100例脑膜瘤切除术术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各50例。对照组给予常规西医护理,研究组给予中西医结合护理,比较两组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:研究组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组尿潴留、便秘、呕吐和头痛发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理应用于脑膜瘤切除术术后患者可缩短下床活动时间、肛门排气时间和住院时间,降低并发症发生率,以及提高护理满意度,效果优于常规西医护理。

Application effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in patients after meningioma resection

Objective:To observe application effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in patients after meningioma resection.Methods:100 patients after meningioma resection were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine nursing,while the study group was given the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.The ambulation time,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The ambulation time,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of urinary retention,constipation,vomiting and headache in the study group was significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 82.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for the patients after meningioma resection can shorten the ambulation time,the anal exhaust time,the hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to conventional western medical nursing.
