超声心动图和心电图联合检测对急性心肌梗死的诊断效能

目的:探讨超声心动图和心电图联合检测对急性心肌梗死的诊断效能。方法:选取87例胸痛患者作为研究对象,患者均给予心电图、超声心动图检测,以冠状动脉造影检测结果为金标准,比较超声心动图、心电图单一及联合检测对急性心肌梗死的诊断的效能。结果:超声心动图和心电图联合检测的灵敏度、准确度均高于两者单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声心动图和心电图联合检测诊断急性心肌梗死的灵敏度和准确度均高于超声心动图、心动图单一检测。

Efficiency of echocardiogram combined with cardiogram in diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction

Objective:To explore efficiency of echocardiogram combined with cardiogram in diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:87 patients with chest pain were selected as the research objects.All patients were given cardiogram and echocardiogram test.By using the results of coronary angiography as the gold standard,the efficiencies of single echocardiogram,single cardiogram,and echocardiogram combined with cardiogram in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction were compared.Results:The sensitivity and accuracy of the combined test were higher than those of the single electrocardiogram and single cardiogram,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The sensitivity and accuracy of echocardiogram combined with cardiogram in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction are higher than those of single echocardiogram and single cardiogram.
