胰岛素持续皮下输注治疗妊娠糖尿病的效果

目的分析持续皮下输注胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病患者的效果。方法选取2016年8月—2018年8月收治的妊娠糖尿病患者74例,随机分为观察组(持续皮下输注胰岛素)和对照组(胰岛素多次皮下输注)各37例,对比血糖水平、不良妊娠结局、治疗效果。结果观察组餐后1 h血糖水平(6.12±0.07)mmol/L、2 h血糖水平(5.32±0.04)mmol/L、治疗总有效率97.30%、不良结局发生率5.41%均优于对照组(7.74±0.57)mmol/L、(6.01±1.24)mmol/L、67.57%、24.32%,对比差异有统计学意义(t=3.651、3.417,χ^2=16.854、9.314,P<0.05);但两组空腹血糖对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论持续皮下输注比多次皮下输注治疗效果更加显著,安全性更高。

Effect of Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Infusion on Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion on gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods 74 patients with gestational diabetes admitted from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group(continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion)and the control group(multiple subcutaneous insulin infusion),with 37 cases in each group,and blood glucose level,adverse pregnancy outcome and treatment effect were compared.Results The blood glucose level at 1 hour after meal was(6.12±0.07)mmol/L and at 2 hours after meal was(5.32±0.04)mmol/L,the total effective rate of treatment(97.30%)and the incidence rate of adverse outcomes(5.41%)in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(7.74±0.57)mmol/L,(6.01±1.24)mmol/L,67.57%and 24.32%,with statistically significant differences(t=3.651,3.417,χ^2=16.854,9.314,P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Continuous subcutaneous infusion is more effective and safer than multiple subcutaneous infusions.
