阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果观察

目的 探究阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法 80例急性脑梗死患者,根据随机盲选法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阿替普酶溶栓治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗前两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05);治疗后0.5、1、7、21 d,观察组NIHSS评分分别为(10.36±2.57)、(8.10±1.96)、(4.13±1.05)、(2.47±0.95)分,显著低于对照组的(15.32±2.86)、(12.51±2.13)、(10.26±2.06)、(6.01±1.75)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为87.5%,明显高于对照组的67.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急性脑梗死患者采取阿替普酶溶栓治疗效果明显,能改善患者神经功能缺损,提高生活质量,具备采纳及使用价值。

Observation on clinical effect of thrombolysis with ateplase on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thrombolysis with ateplase on acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into observation group and control group by random method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the observation group received thrombolysis with ateplase on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 0.5,1,7 and 21 d of treatment,the NIHSS score were(10.36±2.57),(8.10±1.96),(4.13±1.05)and(2.47±0.95)points in the observation group,which was significantly lower than(15.32±2.86),(12.51±2.13),(10.26±2.06)and(6.01±1.75)points in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 87.5% in the observation group was obviously higher than 67.5% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thrombolysis with ateplase shows obvious effect on acute cerebral infarction,and it can improve the neurological deficit.This method contains adoption and application value.
