真武汤合苓桂术甘汤对老年心功能衰竭的应用效果观察

目的 观察真武汤合苓桂术甘汤对老年心功能衰竭的应用效果。方法 68例老年心功能衰竭患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予真武汤合苓桂术甘汤治疗。观察对比两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后中医症状积分、血清学指标水平。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为91.18%,显著高于对照组的70.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的心悸、喘息、浮肿、胸闷的中医症状积分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的心悸积分为(0.67±0.49)分、喘息积分为(0.61±0.50)分、浮肿积分为(0.33±0.29)分、胸闷积分为(0.80±0.57)分,均低于对照组的(1.14±0.68)、(0.87±0.34)、(0.87±0.72)、(1.32±0.68)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的B型利钠肽(BNP)、N末端B型钠尿肽(NT-proBNP)、血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的BNP(306.42±18.54)pg/ml、NT-proBNP(1702.39±190.51)pg/ml、TGF-β1(102.39±14.80)ng/L均低于对照组的(320.84±20.55)pg/ml、(1750.68±154.62)pg/ml、(183.42±22.69)ng/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 给予老年心功能衰竭患者真武汤合苓桂术甘汤治疗,能提高患者治疗效果,降低中医症状积分,改善临床症状及血清指标水平,值得借鉴。

Observation on the effect of Zhenwu decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction on elderly heart failure

Objective To observe the effect of Zhenwu decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction on elderly heart failure.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated by Zhenwu decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment and serological index level was observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 91.18%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 70.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of palpitation,wheezing,puffiness and chest distress between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the palpitation,wheezing,puffiness and chest distress score were(0.67±0.49),(0.61±0.50),(0.33±0.29)and(0.80±0.57)points in the observation group,which was lower than(1.14±0.68),(0.87±0.34),(0.87±0.72)and(1.32±0.68)points in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),N-terminal-pro B-type natriuretic peptide(NT proBNP),serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,BNP(306.42±18.54)pg/ml,NT-proBNP(1702.39±190.51)pg/ml and TGF-β1(102.39±14.80)ng/L in the observation group was lower than(320.84±20.55)pg/ml,(1750.68±154.62)pg/ml and(183.42±22.69)ng/L in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of elderly patients with heart failure,reduce traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,and improve clinical symptom and serological index.It is worthy of reference.
