互联网形势下医院离退休干部管理工作探索

Exploration of Hospital Retired Cadres Management Under the Internet Situation

At present,with the further improvement of science and technology in our country,the national living standard is also constantly improving,and the requirements for the management service of retired cadres in hospitals are becoming higher and higher.For the work of the hospital,it is a very important work to deal with the retired old cadres in the hospital,so the hospital work managers need to pay more attention to the management work of the retired old cadres.In the traditional sense,there are many problems in the management service of retired cadres in hospitals,but the current situation of the Internet can realize more scientific and reasonable service.Through the innovation service idea,carries on the reform to the management way,may effectively improve the current management and service level of retired cadres in hospitals,young league members can form corresponding volunteers on their own,strengthen their concern for retired elderly people,understand the problems of old cadres in life and study,and take effective measures to solve them.This paper analyzes and probes into the present situation of retired cadres management in China,and further puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the management of retired cadres in hospitals under the Internet mode.
