创伤患者中老年患者发病规律

目的收集分析老年患者创伤发病规律,为创伤防治提供依据。方法收集本中心2015年3月—2018年2月老年创伤患者的发病情况,回顾性分析比较老年创伤患者的发病机制、受伤部位、性别的差异,比较老年患者是否存在左右髋关节骨折发病率差异。结果老年患者创伤发病率占人群发病率17.20%,主要受伤原因为车祸伤和摔伤,最常见损伤为肢体骨折、脊柱骨折。老年患者左右髋关节骨折发病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年患者的创伤发病率高,加强病因预防和改进救治流程可以减少老年患者创伤发病率和改善预后。

Incidence of Elderly Patients With Trauma

Objective To collect and analyze the incidence of trauma in elderly patients,provide basis for its prevention and cure.Methods This paper collected the incidence of senile trauma patients in the center from March 2015 to February 2018.The pathogenesis,injury site and sex differences of elderly trauma patients were retrospectively analyzed and compared.Results The incidence of trauma in elderly patients accounted for 17.20%of the population,the main causes of injury were car accident injuries and falls,the most common injury was fracture of limb,spine fracture There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of left and right hip fractures in elderly patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of trauma in elderly patients is high,strengthening the cause of disease prevention and improving the treatment process can reduce the incidence of trauma and improve the prognosis of elderly patients.
