精细化护理在小儿纤维支气管镜术中的应用

目的探讨在小儿纤维支气管镜检查围手术期中,应用精细化护理管理的措施及效果。方法将2017年5月—2019年4月在本院儿科住院行OLympus BF-XP60型小儿纤维支气管镜检查术的262例患儿分成两组,对患儿术前、术中、术后进行常规护理干预的为对照组(n=120),进行精细化护理干预的为观察组(n=142),比较两组患儿术后并发症发生率、患者对护理工作满意度。结果观察组术后并发症的发生率(4.23%),低于对照组(16.67%),观察组患者家属对护士工作的满意度(85.9%),高于对照组(53.3%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论施行小儿纤维支气管镜围手术期精细化护理管理,有利于小儿纤维支气管镜检查术顺利实施,有利于患儿术后康复,有利于提升患者家属满意度。

Application of Refined Nursing in Pediatric Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy

Objective To investigate the measures and effects of refined nursing management in the perioperative period of pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods From May 2017 to April 2019,262 children with OLympus BF-XP60 pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy were enrolled in the hospital.The patients were divided into two groups before,during and after surgery.The routine nursing intervention was applied in the control group(n=120),and the refined nursing intervention was used in the observed group(n=142).The postoperative complication rate and the patients’satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(4.23%)was lower than that in the control group(16.67%).The satisfaction of the family members in the observation group on the nurses’work(85.9%)was higher than that in the control group(53.3%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative fine nursing management of pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy is beneficial to the successful implementation of pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy,which is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation of children and is conducive to improving the satisfaction of patients'family members.
