| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对门诊包皮环切术病人血压和脉搏的影响。方法将90例病人随机分为干预组46与对照组44例,对照组病人给予常规术前检查及行包皮环切术,干预组病人除常规术前检查及行包皮环切术外,术中给予实施心理干预。比较两组病人术前后血压及脉搏情况。结果对照组病人术后脉搏和血压明显快于和高于干预组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在包皮环切术过程实施有效的心理干预,可缓解病人紧张情绪,维持病人脉搏、血压平稳。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of psychological interventions on blood pressure and pulse of outpatients undergoing circumcisions.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing circumcision were divided into the intervention group(n = 46) and the control group(n = 44).Both groups underwent regular examinations and circumcisions.Besides,the intervention group was given psychological intervention.Result There were statistical significant differences in terms of blood pressure and pulse between the two groups(all P < 0.05).Conclusion Effective psychological intervention may markedly relieve the anxiety of patients undergoing circumcision and keep the blood pressure and pulse of patients stable. |
