后路椎体间融合治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛30例分析

目的探讨后路椎体间融合术治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的方法及效果。方法2005年6月~2007年1月对30例椎间盘源性下腰痛患者行后路椎体间融合及经椎弓根螺钉内固定术。结果27例术后腰腿痛症状基本消失,3例仍有轻度腰痛,均恢复正常生活和工作。术前、术后VAS腰痛评分及ODI评分进行配对比较的t检验差异有统计学意义。结论椎体间融合是治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的有效手术方法。

Posterior interbody fusion in the treatment of discogenic low back pain

Objective To investigate the method and effect of posterior interbody fusion in the treatment of disogenic low back pain.Methods Between June 2005 and January 2007,posterior segmental pedicular fixations and interbody fusions were applied to 30 cases of discogenic low back pain.Results Among them,27 elicited no postoperative back and leg pain response while 3 reported slight back pain.Statistically significant differences were found in preoperative and postoperative Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) questionnaire and visual analog scale(VAS) scores by paired t-test.Conclusion Posterior interbody fusion appears to be a safe and effective method in the treatment of discogenic low back pain.
