两种下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉方法的临床效果评价

目的评价下牙槽阻滞麻醉传统法（直接麻醉法）与Akinosi-Vazirani法的临床麻醉效果。方法120例需拔除下颌第三磨牙的患者分为实验组和对照组。实验组60例采用Akinosi-Vazirani法麻醉;对照组60例采用传统下牙槽阻滞麻醉传统法麻醉（直接麻醉法）,比较麻醉显效时间、麻醉效果、回抽血情况、并发症等。结果麻醉显效时间实验组明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;麻醉效果实验组明显优于对照组（P〈0.001）;回抽血情况实验组明显低于对照组;并发症情况实验组明显少于对照组。结论Akinosi-Vazirani法可替代传统法,尤其适用于张口受限和精神紧张患者。
