机体离子浓度影响药物离子导入量的研究

摘    要:
目的:药物离子的导入量是影响利用直流电离子透入法对疾病治疗效果的重要因素.为此,我们对由于机体离子浓度改变而引起药物离子导入量的变化进行了实验研究,为临床利用直流电离子透入疗法进行药物治疗提供依据.方法:采用模拟的方法,用稀盐酸(HCI)中的氢离子(H )代替药物离子,用稀盐水润湿了的滤纸代替机体,观察在电场力的作用下H 从正极向负极移动的情况.结果:稀盐酸(HCI)中的H 的迁移率随稀盐水的浓度增加而减小.结论:直流电药物离子透入疗法,药物离子的导入量随机体离子浓度的增加而减少.

Abstract:
Objective: The pharmaceutical ions transmission quantity is an important factor on affecting the curative effect of diseases with DC electric ions penetrating therapy. As a result, experimental research has been made on the variations of the pharmaceutical ions transmission quantity on the base of the variations of the density of organism ions by author, it provides an experimental basis for the pharmaceutical treatment of clinical DC electric ions penetrating therapy. Methods: In simulated tests, the H in rare HCl was used for pharmaceutical ions and the filterpaper moistened with rare NaCl for organism, and the moving of H from the positive pole to negative pole under the force of electric field was observed. Result: The moving rate of H in HCl decreased as the density of NaCl solution increased. Conclusion: DC electric ions penetrating therapy, the pharmaceutical ions transmission quantity decreased as the density of organism ions increased.
