闭式注流管置入治疗高血压脑出血

目的 介绍一种改良的引流管－闭式注流管，在治疗高血压脑出血中的作用。方法 采用钻颅或小骨瓣开颅置入闭式注流管，术后在封闭式管道中注入尿激酶和引流血液，完成25例重型高血压脑出血的治疗。结果 这25例脑出血治疗效果良好，功能恢复良好20例（80％），死亡2例（8％）。结论 闭式注流管能减少颅内感染机会，操作方便，减少脑损伤，顺行注药和引流有利血凝块引出。

Clinical Injection Drainage Tube Embedment in Curing Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To introduce the effect of a new drainage (closed injection drainage) in curing hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Opening the cranium by drilling or mino-osseous-valving, then embedding the tube. After operation, injecting urokinas into the closed tube and draining off the blood. Results The therapeutic effectiveness is well in 25 cases of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. The cerebral function recovered well in 20 cases of patients (80%), 2 cases (8%) died. Conclusions The closed injection drainage has the advantages of reducing the odds of intracranial infection and lessening the cerebral injury. It is also easy to operate. Direct injection and drainage are conducive to drain off blood clots.
