| 摘 要： | 为提高为兵服务质量,军队医院应增强自律与维权意识.要正视自律与维权问题尚未引起足够重视的现实;要达成维护医患权益同步考虑、同步实现的共识;要把握严格自律是维护自身权益的基本保证的前提;要理清运用法律、行政、协商等手段解决医疗纠纷的思路.

| Abstract: | To improve medical quantity military hospital should enhance the consciousness of Self-discipline and vindicating rights when serving soldiers. We should envisage the reality that self-discipline and preserving rights hasn' t been valued adequately, acquire common recognition of synchronous consideration and simultaneous realization to vindicate rights and benefits of hospital staff as well as patients. At the same time, we should grasp that strict self-discipline is basic guarantee and precondition to vindicate self-rights and self-benefit. On the other hand , we should clear up our thoughts of solving medical dispute by means of law, administration and consultancy. |
