针刺加刺络拔罐治疗肩周炎60例临床观察

目的：观察针刺加刺络拔罐治疗肩周炎的疗效.方法：选该病患者120例,随机分为两组.治疗组予针刺加刺络拔罐治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺疗法,两组10次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程.结果：治疗组痊愈33例,好转26例,无效1例,总有效率为98.33%（95%CI=91.2%～100.0%）;对照组痊愈16例,好转21例,无效23例,总有效率为61.67%（95%CI=49.4%～74.O%）;两组综合疗效比较（u=4.2084,P=0.0000）,差异有显著性意义.结论：针刺加刺络拔罐治疗肩周炎的疗效优于单纯针刺治疗,其收益为OR=0.03（95%CI=0.00～0.21）,NNT=3（95%CI=1.96～4.47）.

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Venesection and Ventouse on Periarthritis of Shoulder, A Report of 60 Cases

Objective： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with venesection and ventouse on periarthritis of shoulder. Method： 120 cases with periarthritis of shoulder were divided into two groups randomly. Treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with veneseetion and ventouse, and control group was done only with acupuncture. One course of treatment included 10 times, and all the cases were given to two courses of treatment. Result： In treatment group 33 cases were recovered ,26 ones effective, and 1 one ineffective. The total effective rate was 98.33% （95% CI = 91.2% - 100.0% ）. In control group 16 cases were recovered,21 ones ef- fective,and 23 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 61.67% （95% CI =49.4% -74.0% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （ u = 4. 208 4, P = 0. 000 0 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of acupuncture combined with venesection and ventouse is better than that of mere acupuncture on periarthritis of shoul- der,OR =0.03 （95%CI =0.00 -0. 21） , NNT =3 （95%CI = 1.96 -4. 47）.
