公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况调查

目的：为了解遂宁市大型集中空调通风系统卫生状况,预防空气传播性疾病在公共场所的传播,保障公众健康。方法：按照《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》对使用集中空调通风系统的7家单位进行卫生监督和卫生检测。结果：7家单位集中空调通风系统的卫生管理工作较差,抽检71份样本检测积尘量和微生物指标,合格率为57．1％。结论：该市使用大型集中空调通风系统的单位卫生管理工作较差,通风系统受积尘和微生物污染较严重,冷凝水也有检出嗜肺军团菌,因此卫生职能部门要加强监督检测,使用单位要建立健全卫生管理制度,定期对通风系统进行清洗消毒,加大新风更换量。

Investigation of centralized air conditioner ventilating system hygiene state of public place

Objective:In order to understand the large-scale centralized air conditioner ventilating system hygiene state of Suining to prevent the propagating spread in the public place of disease of air and ensure the public to be healthy.Methods:Measuring sanitary control and hygiene in using seven units of the ventilating system of centralized air conditioner according to "centralized air conditioner ventilating system hygiene norm of public place".Results:Seven house unit centralized air conditioner ventilating system hygiene management was relatively bad,inspect by 71 random samples and measure the amount of dust accumulated and microbial index,the qualification rate is 51.7%.Conclusion:The hygiene management of unit using ventilating system of the large-scale centralized air conditioner of this city is relatively bad.Ventilating system accumulate into dust and microorganism seriously polluted,condense water has appeared toave a liking for lung legion fungus too.So the functional department of the hygiene should strengthen supervision to measure.The applying unit will set up the management system of hygiene,will wash the ventilating system regularly,sterilize,strengthen the changing amount of the new trend.
