| 摘 要： | 目的]观察核桃叶提取液对小鼠记忆功能的影响.方法]将84只小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、维生素E组和核桃叶提取液大、中、小剂量组,每组各为14只.给予小鼠皮下注射D-半乳糖建立衰老模型,核桃叶提取物各剂量组灌胃给予相应剂量的核桃叶提取液,30 d后利用Morris水迷宫仪观察小鼠记忆能力.结果]与模型组比较,核桃叶提取液各剂量组小鼠搜索站台的潜伏期均明显缩短,而穿越站台的次数则明显增加.结论]核桃叶对D-半乳糖所致衰老模型小鼠的记忆功能具有一定的改善作用.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of the Walnut leaf for memory in mouse.METHODSThe senescence model of mice was established by subcutaneous injection with the D-galactose.Total 84 mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,Vitamin E group and large,medium and small dose of the Walnut leaf extract groups.The mice were given by intragastric administration with different dose of the Walnut leaf extract for thirty days,and then the ability of memory was examined by the Morris water maze.RESULTSThe latent period of searching platform was shortened and exploratory behavior was enhanced in every medication group as compared with the model group.CONCLUSIONThe Walnut leafextract has some effects of improving the memory in senescence model of mice induced by D-glactose. |
