胃肠道外营养对早产儿营养状况及胆红素影响的探讨

目的 探讨胃肠道外营养对早产儿营养状况及胆红素的影响.方法 对56例早产儿监测其出生后脐血前白蛋白、白蛋白的水平,并以21例正常足月新生儿作为对照,其中21例接受胃肠道外营养的早产儿在第3、7天及胃肠道外营养停止时监测血前白蛋白、白蛋白的水平与正常组对照,并经皮监测胆红素浓度与胃肠道喂养组对照.结果 ①早产儿脐血前白蛋白、白蛋白的水平明显低于正常足月儿,接受胃肠道外营养的早产儿在第3、7天及胃肠道外营养停止时(13.36±3.25)d]血前白蛋白逐渐升高到正常水平,而血白蛋白在胃肠道外营养停止时,才有不同程度的升高;②接受胃肠道外营养的早产儿血清胆红素水平与胃肠道喂养早产儿无显著性差异.结论 对于不能耐受胃肠道喂养的早产儿,胃肠道外营养是较安全理想的供能途径.

Influence about Parenteral Nutrition to Preterm Infant Nutrition and Bilirubin

Objective Discussed influence of parenteral nutrition to preterm infant nutrition condition and bilirubin. Methods Observation group:56 preterm infant,monitoring their level of navel blood albumin and albumin. Control group: 21 normal newborn. Results Level of navel blood albumin and albumin of preterm infant is lower than level of normal newborn,there is not significance of difference for bilirubin level of intestinal or parenteral nutrition. Conclusion If preterm infant cannot tolerate intestinal nutrition, parenteral nutrition is good idea.
