摘    要:目的 优化杭菊高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析方法,建立杭菊黄酮类及酚酸类成分指纹图谱.方法 色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5 C18柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%(体积分数)H3P04溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长为350nm;柱温为35℃;流速为1.0mL·min-1.结果 不同来源的14批杭菊样品均标示出21个共有峰,其中有15个黄酮类成分共有峰,6个酚酸类成分共有峰;利用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件进行相似度评价,14批样品的相似度为0.926 ~0.998,提示杭菊质量较稳定.结论 本方法准确可靠、重复性好,为杭菊质量控制提供了依据.

Study on HPLC fingerprint of Flos Chrysanthem of different sources

Abstract:Objective To develop an HPLC method for the fingerprint analysis on flavonoids and phenolic acids from Flos Chrysanthem (HangJu). Methods HPLC was performed with the Kromasil 100-5 C ls column, and the acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (gradient elution) was employed as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 350 nm,and column temperature was 35℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL min-1. Results 21 common peaks were identified from 14 batches of Flos Chrysattthem, including 15 flavonoids and 6 phenonic acids. The similarity was evaluated on the Similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The similarities of 14 batches were 0. 926 - 0. 998, which indicated that the quality of Flos Chrysanthem was relatively stable. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible, which could be used for the quality control of Flos Chrysanthem.
