摘    要:目的 分析磁共振波谱成像联合常用多参数技术在前列腺癌中的诊断价值.方法 选取在我院进行治疗的33例确诊为前列腺癌患者,以病理穿刺确诊前列腺增生33例为对照组.两组患者穿刺前均进行磁共振多参数常规扫描和波谱扫描.影像学结果和病理穿刺结论对比分析.结果 常规MRI多参数技术组合方案确诊前列腺癌27例.上述方法再联合波谱扫描...

Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of the magnetic resonance spectroscopy combined multi-parameter scanning and explore the value of mrs.Methods We selectd 33 patients with a definite diagnosis of prostate cancer and 33 patients with making a definite diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia.All patients were diagnosed with MRI from February 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital.The MRI results were analyzed with the pathological biopsy results.Results The specificity and accuracy of the multi-parameter scanning were 78.71%,80.30%.The latter was 90.91%,92.42%.Respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the scanning of MRS,the mean ratio of(Cho+Cre)/Cit was>0.98.Conclusion The data of multi-parameter scanning are lower than the specificity and accuracy of MRS canbined MRI nuti-parameter scanning.The ratio of(Cho+Cre)/Cit in benign prostatic hyperplasia is lower than the ratio of prostate canner.
