补阳还五汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后腰腿痛的肌电图分析

为探讨和客观评价补阳还五汤对腰椎间盘突出症状后神经障碍的作用。将68例腰椎间盘突出症术后患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组32例,分别采用补阳还五汤和西药治疗4个疗程,并用肌电图检查对比观察治疗前后的疗效,结果显示两组治疗后与治疗前组内比较有关肌肉的异常电位减少,波幅升高（P＜0．05）,组间比较治疗前后差异无显著性（P＞0．05）,表明补阳还五汤对腰椎间盘突出症术后神经障碍具有确切疗效。

AN ELECTROMYOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS ON THE TREATMENT OF LUMBAGO AND SCELALGIA IN TREATED-BY-SURGERY LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISK HERNIA BY BUYANG HUANWU TANG

In order to study and objectively evaluate the effect of BUYANG HUANWU TANG (BHT, Decoction Invigorating the Yang for Recuperation) on dysneuria in treated-by-surgery lumbar intervertebral disk hernia (LIDH), 68 cases of treated-by-surgery LIDH were randomly divided into the treated group (n=36 cases) and the control group (n=32 cases), which were treated for four courses of treatment by BHT and by Western medicines, respectively; the therapeutic effects before and after the treatment were observed and compared through electromyographic examinations. The within-group comparison showed that after the treatment, the abnormal electrical potential of the related muscle decreased and the wave amplitude ascended in comparison with those before the treatment (P < 0.05), while the between-group comparison showed no significant difference before and after the treatment (P > 0.05), suggesting that BHT could produce a definite therapeutic effect on dysneuria in treated-by-surgery LIDH.
