体温改变对血液流变性的影响及其临床意义

对４８例确诊为上呼吸道感染具有发热症状患者进行血液流变学测定，与正常对照组比较具有显著性差异。并对感染和发热致血液流变性异常的机理作了进一步研究。临床上许多疾病具有发热症状或伴有感染，这时血液流变性异常改变，一般有微循环障碍，导致组织脏器一系列病理生理变化。因此，控制感染、降低体温有助于疾病治疗和症状缓解。

Effect of Hemorheological Properties and Clinical Meaning During Changes of Body Temperature

Hemorheological changes and abnormal mechanism of patients with infection and fever were studied and investigated.Results showed that conspicuous abnormality and significant difference against control groups.It suggested that a lot of diseases attended fever or complicated infection in which there were generally abnormal hemorheological changes and microcirculatory disturbances.Therefore,controlled infection and lowered fever would contributed to treatment of disease and all eviation of symptoms greatly.
