阿奇霉素治疗呼吸系统小儿支原体肺炎疗效分析

目的探讨阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎临床效果。方法把确诊为肺炎支原体肺炎的75例患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组两组,分别用阿奇霉素和红霉素进行治疗。结果治疗组的治愈率为90.7%,对照组治愈率为84.4%,两组差异比较无显著性(P>0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为11.6%;对照组不良反应发生率37.5%,两组差异比较有显著性。结论用阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎有较高的治愈率和较低的不良反应发生率,可以在临床上广泛应用。

The Analysis of Curative Effect in the Treatment of Respiratory System Young Child Mycoplasma Pneumonia with Azithromycin

Objective To discuss the clinical effects in the treatment of young child mycoplasma pneumonia with azithromycin. Methods The diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia in 75 patients were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups, and treated with azithromycin and erythromycin. Results The cure rate was 90.7% in the treatment group, and 84.4% cure rate in the control group, between two groups showed no significant （P〉0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.6% in treatment group, and in control group is 37.5%, between of the two groups was significant. Conclusion Azithromycin treatment of young child with mycoplasma pneumonia have a higher cure rate and lower incidence of adverse reactions, can be widely applied in clinical practice.
