| 摘 要： | 本文报告1989年7—11月用快薄膜ELISA试验对宁夏人群7810人份囊虫病血清流行病学调查的结果。全区41个调查点共调查7810人,阳性217人,阳性率为2.8％。其中汉族5782人,阳性184人,阳性率3.2％,回族2011人,阳性32人,阳性率1.6％。经统计学处理,回、汉阳性率间有显著性差异(x~2=14,P<0.005)。男、女性别阳性率间无显著性差异。不同职业阳性率间有差异。不同年龄组感染阳性率间有显著性差异,并有随年龄增大而阳性率上升的趋势。

| Abstract: | Sefoepidemiological survey on human cystlcercosls by means of PVC membrance ELISA was performed in Ningxia from July to November 1989. The total number of residents examined was 7810, and positivity was revealed in 217 cases, the positive rate being 2.8%. Ninety-three of 3 551 males and 124 of 4 259 females showed positive rates of 2.6% and 2.9%, respectively, and no significant difference was found between them. However, the difference in positive rate was significant between the Han nationality (3.2%) and Hui minority (1.6%)(P<0.005). Higher positive rate was exhibited in the urban inhabitants as compared with that in the peasants. The diversity of incidence was also present in different occupations and age groups; for the latter case, a tendency of increase of positive rate was viewed with the upgrading of age. |
