| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨下腹部超小切口开窗式输卵管移植术的简易微创方法.方法 选择25例间质部或峡部阻塞性不孕症(8例)及间质部或峡部异位妊娠(17例),采用下腹部2.5~3.5cm超小切口行开窗式输卵管移植术,并与传统的输卵管移植术15例作为对照.结果 25例患者共移植29条输卵管,手术时间平均68.3±22.9rain,手术出血很少平均35.8±28.6mL,术后住院时间5.4±0.8天,无并发症发生.术后25例行输卵管通液试验,其中17例(68.0%)通畅,7例(28.0%)通而不畅,1例(4.0%)不通.结论 下腹部超小切口及开窗式输卵管移植术具有简易、微创的效果,是一种值得推广的术式.
