| 阻鼾顺对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者治疗效果的研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的评价Ｓｎｏｒｅｇｕａｒｄ治疗ＯＳＡＳ的临床疗效。方法２０例ＯＳＡＳ患者治疗前后分别进行多导夜间睡眠监测检查,比较治疗前后睡眠呼吸紊乱指标和睡眠结构的变化。结果①Ｓｎｏｒｅｇｕａｌｄ治疗ＯＳＡＳ客观有效率是９０％。②ＯＳＡＳ患者睡眠结构紊乱,反复出现唤醒,治疗后明显改善：ＲＥＭ期的比例增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）,ＮＲＥ Ｍ期中深睡眠比例增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）,浅睡眠比例减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）,睡眠效率显著提高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论使用Ｓｎｏｒｅｇｕａｌｄ治疗ＯＳＡＳ应对患者有所选择,并由口腔专科医师进行。低角或下颌元明显后下旋转,夜间睡眠以鼻呼吸为主,无大张口呼吸习惯的轻中度ＯＳＡＳ患者疗效更佳。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment efficiency of Snoreguard for OSAS patients. Method 20 OSAS patients was diagnosed and re-examined after treatment with Snoreguard by polysomnography. The changes of the sleep disorder index and the composition of sleep were analysed. Results The treatment efficiency of Snoreguard for OSAS is 90%. Compared with normal people, OSAS patients have a fragmented sleep which contains shorter REM stage and 3,4 stage. After treatment with Snoreguard, the rate of REM stage (P < 0.01) and 3,4 stage (P < 0 .01) increase statistically. Conclusion The treatment effect of Snoreguard is better for mild or moderate OSAS patients without mandibular rotation and oral respiration. |
