宏观整体地认识经络实质

目的：从中医学整体观出发，正确认识经络实质。方法：以《灵枢》中有关经络论述为指导，综合我国学者多年来经络研究的成果，归纳、总结了构成经络实质三大要素，即经络组织结构、经络作用通路及经络效应表现的相关资料。结论：提出经脉是附着于筋膜组织，借助神经、血管、淋巴管，调整人体机能的带状结构；络脉是小血管，借助神经、血管、淋巴管，调整人体机能的网状结构。

Recognizing macroscopically and integrally the meridian essence

Objective To recognize correctly the meridian essence in the light of the whole in TCM. Methods Under the guidance of theories on meridians in The Miraculous Pivot, the achievements of research on meridians in our country in recent years were synthesized, and the three elements composing the meridian essence, tissue structures of meridians, the pathway of meridian actions and manifestation of meridian effects, were summarized. Conclusion It is put forward that channels are a band structure adhering to fascia, which can adjust human functions through nerves, blood vessels and lymphatic vessels. And collaterals are small blood vessels which can form the reticular structure and adjust human functions through nerves, blood vessels and lymphatic vessels.
