| 摘 要： | 目的 考察不同产地血竭在凝血和抗血小板聚集方面的作用.方法 采用毛细血管法测定凝血时间,体内血小板致聚剂--胶原和肾上腺素诱导小鼠血瘀模型.结果 不同产地血竭对正常小鼠的凝血功能均有一定的抑制作用,可较明显抑制小鼠对血小板致聚剂诱发的血小板聚集作用.结论 国产血竭和进口血竭均有一定的活血化瘀和抗血栓形成的作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the activity in blood clotting and antiplatelet aggregation of dragon blood from different habitats. Methods Capillary method was used to get clotting time and congestive mice model induced with collagen protein and epinephrine hydrochloride was used. Results Dragon blood from different habitats have some inhibitory actions on blood clotting of healthy Kunming mice, platelet aggregation induced by platelet activation was also inhibited obviously. Conclusion Dragon bloods from China and abroad have some effects on promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and anti - thrombosis. |
