摘    要:
目的:观察活性维生素D,(VitD,)对骨质疏松症大鼠体内钛种植体早期稳定性的影响。方法:对20只雌性SD大鼠行卵巢切除术,术后12周于大鼠胫骨干骺端植入纯钛种植体,左右各1枚;术后所有实验动物被随机分为两组,对照组和实验组各10只。术后第1天起,实验组大鼠按0.1P,g/妇/d喂食VitD,,对照组给予赋形剂。8周后处死动物,收集含有钛钉的胫骨,分别行Micro—CT、组织学及生物力学分析。结果:Micro—CT、组织学及生物力学检测结果显示,与对照组相比,实验组骨结合率(%OI)、相对骨面积(BA)、骨与种植体的接触率(BIC)、最大推出力均显著增加(P〈0.01)。结论:VitD,可以提高骨质疏松症大鼠体内种植体的早期稳定性。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of 1,25 (OH)2D3 on implant early stability in osteoporotic rats. Method: Bilateral ovariectomy was performed in twenty Sparague-Dawley rats. Twelve weeks after surgery, titanium screws were placed into the proximal tibiae of rats. Each rat had 2 screws. All animals were randomly divided into two groups: con- trol (10 rats) and experimental (10 rats). The experimental group was fed a vitamin D diet at 0.1 μg / kg / d, and control group received vehicle. All animals remained on their previous diet until sacrifice at eight weeks. Micro-CT, histologic and biomechanical analysis were performed. Result:The results of Micro-CT analysis,histomorphometry, and biomechanical test showed that,percent osseointegration, bone area density,bone-to-implant contact, and the maximal push-out force all increased obviously in the experimental group than that in control. Conclusion: 1,25 (OH)2D3 can improves implant early stability in osteoporotic rats.
