| 摘 要： | 目的对强直性脊柱炎患者的血液流变学检测指标进行分析,探讨强直性脊柱炎患者的血液流变学指标变化。方法对127例强直性脊柱炎患者组和130例健康对照组的血液流变学检查结果进行分析研究。结果强直性脊柱炎患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞压积、纤维蛋白原和红细胞沉降率方程K值均有显著增高(P<0.01),红细胞沉降率、红细胞聚集和刚性指数有不同程度升高(P<0.05),而红细胞变形和电泳指数有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论强直性脊柱炎患者有明显的血液流变学异常和微循环障碍,强直性脊柱炎患者血液流变学检测具有一定的临床价值,它可以反映病情严重程度及监测病情变化,并指导临床治疗。
