摘    要:设计并合成了10个含2(1H)-喹啉酮结构的DDPH类似物,其结构均经红上光谱、氢核磁共振谱、元素分析、质谱或高分辩质谱确证。改进了关键中间体4-省甲基-2(1H)-喹啉酮的制备。所有的化合物均进行了动物急性降压试验,一些化合物显示出良好的降压活性。

Abstract:Ten analogs of DDPH, which contain 2(1H) quinolone moiety, were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by IR, elemental analysis, \ 1H NMR and mass spectrum. The reported procedure for synthesis of key intermediate 4 bromomethyl 2(1H) quinolone was improved. All of these compounds were tested for their antihypertensive activities in rat and two compounds showed considerable antihypertensive activities.
