| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻咽癌住院患者放疗期间疾病不确定感与症状困扰的相关性。方法采用描述性相关研究,分别用Mishel疾病不确定感量表和MD Anderson症状调查量表-头部和颈部测量(MDASI-HN),调查了121例鼻咽癌住院患者放疗期间的疾病不确定感和症状困扰。结果鼻咽癌住院患者放疗期间疾病不确定感处于中等水平,症状困扰发生率为100%,94.2%的患者认为症状对其生活有一定妨碍,疾病不确定感与症状困扰和症状对生活的妨碍呈正相关(r=0.22-0.40,P0.05)。结论症状困扰会影响鼻咽癌住院患者放疗期间的疾病不确定感,护理人员应指导患者进行症状管理,减轻症状对患者生活的妨碍,从而降低患者的疾病不确定感。 |
