阴道镜检查对宫颈性不孕症的诊断价值

目的　探讨阴道镜检查对宫颈性不孕的诊断价值。方法　对 92例不孕症患者联合应用阴道镜、PCR检测HPV及 CT、病理活检等检查。结果　本组不孕的原因分别有生殖道感染、内分泌原因和宫颈粘膜下肌瘤。结论　阴道镜通过对宫颈上皮和血管形态的观察 ,可以初步了解不孕症患者体内雌激素水平和判断炎症感染程度 ,为临床医师进一步检查和治疗提供初步的信息。

The Value of Colposcopy in Diagnosing Reason of Infertility

Objective To evaluate colposcopy in diagnosing of cervical infertility .Methods 92 patients underwent colposcopy, PCR, Pathologic exam ination.Results The main cause of infertility were as follows: infection of urogenital tract, endocrine reason, submucous myoma in cervix.Conclusion We can o bserve epidermi c of cervix and form of blood vessel by using colposcopy to find out the level o f estrogen and state of inflammation, elementary information can be offered for clinician in order to the farther check-up and treatment.
