| 摘 要： | 采用LowShear 3 0流变仪测定 72例病情程度不同的药疹患者血液流变学参数。结果表明 :药疹患者存在血粘度及粘弹性的改变 ,各型参数改变不一致 ,除红细胞压积 (HCT)及血浆粘度 (ηp)外 ,各项参数随病情加重改变越明显 ,为药疹的病情判断提供了参考指标 ,并可采用流变学治疗 |

| Abstract: | Hemorheological parameters of 72 patients with various severty of drug eruption were measured with Low Shear 30 Rheomerer.The results showed that the whole blood viscosity and viscoelasticity changed.Excepting η p and HCT,the more severe the patients,the more increased these parameters.These parameters provided an objective criterion for judging the severity of drug eruption.These patients could be treated with hemorheological method. |
