加味当归四逆汤治疗膝骨性关节炎76例

目的:评价加味当归四逆汤治疗膝骨性关节炎(OA)患者的临床疗效。方法:将152例膝骨性关节炎(OA)患者随机分为治疗组76例和对照组76例。治疗组服用加味当归四逆汤(当归、桂枝、芍药、细辛、通草、大枣、怀牛膝、五加皮、补骨脂、骨碎补、薏苡仁、川木瓜、红花、炙甘草),对照组服用塞来昔布胶囊。两组均以2周为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程后进行疗效评价及比较。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.4%,对照组为86.8%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),且两组在观察期间各项实验室检测指标均基本正常,未出现不良反应。结论:加味当归四逆汤能有效地治疗膝骨性关节炎,可缓解膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能,药物安全性好,无明显毒副作用。

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Modified Danggui Sini Decoction Treating 76 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Danggui Sini decoction on knee osteoarthritis（OA）.Methods：One hundred and fifty-two qualified patients were randomized into two groups.76 in the treatment group received Modified Danggui Sini decoction（Angelica sinensis,Cassiabarktree twig,Paeonia veitchii,Asarum sieboldi,Medulla Tetrapanacis,Common jujube,Achyranthes bidentata,etc）,and 76 in the control group received celecoxib.Two weeks constituted one treatment course,and the therapeutic effect and the safety were evaluated after 8 weeks.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.4% in the treatment group,and 86.8% in the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）,indicating that the therapeutic effect of Modified Danggui Sini decoction was superior to that of celecoxib.During the treatment,no adverse effect was found.Conclusion：Modified Danggui Sini decoction could effectively treat knee OA without side effects.It can relieve pain in the knee joint and improve knee function of knee OA patients.
