糖尿病患者的中医辨证护理体会

目的:探讨中医辨证施护对糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组给予西医常规护理,观察组根据不同证候分型采用中医辨证施护,连续护理3个月后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:护理治疗3个月后中医观察组对疾病知识掌握者占92.5%,没有出现护理并发症,病房综合满意率为100%。西医对照组对疾病知识掌握者占71.0%,有5例出现护理并发症,病房综合满意率为70.5%。结论:中医辨证护理方法能有效地提高糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果,改善病人的生活质量,值得临床推广。

TCM Nursing Experience of Diabetes

Objective：To explore the protection of TCM clinical efficacy in patients with diabetes.Methods：60 diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups and 30 patients in the control group received conventional Western nursing,observation group was given nursing according to different syndromes.3 months after the treatment two groups were compared.Results：After 3 months,patients in Chinese observation group who hold the knowledge of disease accounted for 92.5%,without complications,overall satisfaction rate was 100%.Patients who hold the Western medicine knowledge of the disease in control group accounted for 71.0%,with complications occurred in 5 cases,overall satisfaction rate was 70.5%.Conclusion：TCM method can effectively improve the nursing of patients with diabetes,improve quality of life,and is worthy of promotion.
