从肝论治女性更年期高血压探讨

更年期高血压是临床常见疾病。中医对其有着丰富的理论论述及临床治疗经验,不仅能够降低血压,显著改善更年期症状,而且不良反应少,因此一直成为近年来关注和研究的课题。文章将眩晕的病因病机与女子以肝为先天、女子以血为本等理论相结合,并通过分析临床实际病例,提出更年期高血压应当从肝论治的观点。肝郁血虚、阴虚阳亢为其主要病机,进而提出平肝潜阳、疏肝解郁、滋补肝肾三法并用的治疗原则以及以天麻钩藤饮、逍遥散、百合地黄汤三方加减的代表方剂,以期为临床及科研提供借鉴意义和参考价值。

Discussion on Treatment of Female Climacteric Hypertension from Liver

Climacteric hypertension is a common disease in clinic.Traditional Chinese medicine has rich theories and clinical treatment experience on not only decreasing high blood pressure and significantly improving the symptoms,but also reducing adverse reactions.So it has been the hot topic in recent years.The author considers that this kind of hypertension should be treated from liver by the combination of pathogeny and pathogenesis of dizziness and the theories of the liver being the congenital base for women and blood being the base for women and analyzed the clinical cases.The liver-qi stagnation and deficiency of blood,deficiency of Yin and excess of Yang are the main pathogenesis.Then the author puts forward therapeutic principles of clamming the liver to suppress Yang,dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation,nourishing the liver and kidney as well as representative prescriptions of Tianma Gouteng Decoction,Xiaoyao Powder,Baihe Dihuang Decoction,in order to provide reference for clinic and research.
