| 摘 要： | 为了探究精索静脉曲张患者不育的原因，采用多次曝光法和生物发光法测定精索静脉曲张患者精子运动速度和三磷酸腺苷（ＡＴＰ）含量，并与有生育能力的健康男性精子进行比较，结果显示静索静脉曲张患者精子运动速度和ＡＴＰ含量显著低于正常对照组（Ｐ〈０．００１，Ｐ〈０．０１）。８例精索静脉曲张患者在作精索内静脉高位结扎术后６个月，其精子运动速度和ＡＴＰ含量与正常对照组无显著性差异（均Ｐ〉０．０５）。精子的ＡＴＰ含量

| Abstract: | To determine the causes of in fertility in patients with varicocele,sperm motility was evaluated by mutiple eposure photography and ATP in sperm measured by bioluminescent method.A significant difference of sperm motility and ATP were foun btween the patients with varicocele and fertile men (P<0.001, P<0.01). After six months of hight ligation of the internal spermatic veins,the sperm motility and ATP were not different between operative cases and fertile men (P>0.05). There was a significant correlation between sperm motility and ATP (r=0. 89, P<0.001). It was proposed that the decreased sperm motility due to low ATP in sperm in patients with varicocele could be a manin cause of infertility. Energery metabolism and sperm motility could be significantly improved after spermatic veins ligation. |
