| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨采用包膜外钝性剥除术治疗肝海绵状血管瘤在临床上的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析我院1997年3月至2003年3月采用包膜外钝性剥除术治疗肝海绵状血管瘤66例患者的临床资料。结果 全部病例手术经过顺利，恢复良好，无一例出现术后严重并发症，随访半年至5年，未见复发。结论 包膜外钝性剥离治疗肝海绵状血管瘤是一种安全、简便、有效且创伤小的手术方式，具有推广应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effectives of stripping operation for the treatment of liver cavernous hemangiomas. Method The clinical data of 66 cases of liver cavernous hemangioma which underwent stripping operation were analysed retrospectively in Tongji hospital from march 1997 to march 2003. Results All cavernous hemangiomas were enucleated successfully, there was no mortality and without postoperative complication. During the period of follow up ranging from 6 mouths to 5 years, all the patients had no recurrence occurred.Conclusion Stripping operation is safe, simple, effective and minimal trauma in the treatment of cavernous hemangioma of the liver. It should be suggested to apply in clinic. |
