广东阳江地区肠易激综合征患者临床特征的评估

目的 评价广东阳江地区IBS患者的临床特征,以探讨其病因.方法 纳入2010年1～12月诊断符合罗马Ⅲ标准的阳江市人民医院消化科门诊IBS患者,以问卷形式调查患者的一般资料、临床症状、饮食习惯等情况,分析相关危险因素.结果 共纳入IBS患者1270例,占总体门诊患者的19.5%.IBS患者男女之比为1:1.12,以中青年、教育水平较高者、低收人人群和城市居民为主,多数患者生活环境一般,春季是发病高峰.IBS亚型以腹泻型(IBS-D)最常见(49.2%),且最易出现肠道症状.与正常对照组相比,IBS患者的饮食习惯具有一定倾向性,更易发生上消化道和全身症状.结论 广东阳江地区IBS发生率不低,以女性患者和IBS-D亚型多见,并受环境和饮食等多种因素的影响.

Evaluation on Clinical Characteristics of Patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS) in Yangjiang,Guangdong

Objective Evaluate clinical characteristics of patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) in Yangjiang,Guangdong,so as to investigate the pathogenesis of disease.Methods Include the outpatients of Digestive Department in Yangjiang People’s Hospital with diagnosis in accordance with Rome III Criteria from January to December 2010;investigate patients’ general information,clinical symptoms,dietary habits and so on in the form of questionnaire,and analyze related risk factors.Results Include 1270 IBS patients in total,which accounts for 19.5% of the total number of outpatients.The ratio of male/female IBS patients is 1:1.12,most of whom are middle-aged and young patients,patients with higher education,low-income population and urban residents.Most of the patients have ordinary life environment,with spring as the peak time of onset.Diarrhea type(IBS-D) is the most common IBS isoform(49.2%) and most likely to experience intestinal tract symptoms.Compared to the normal control group,IBS patients’ dietary habits have certain orientation and they are more likely to experience upper digestive tract and systemic symptoms.Conclusion IBS incidence is not low in Yangjiang,Guangdong and influenced by many factors including environment,food and so on,with more female patients and IBS-D isoform.
